Role Overview

The Internal Medicine Physician Advisor will play an integral role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting clinical due diligence, and advising healthcare startups on best practices for clinical validation, regulatory compliance, and market adoption. As an Internal Medicine specialist, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that new innovations align with real-world clinical needs and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Due Diligence & Market Evaluation

Assess clinical viability, safety, and efficacy of new healthcare technologies from an Internal Medicine perspective.
Analyze digital health, medical devices, and biotech innovations through the lens of Internal Medicine clinical applications.
Evaluate regulatory pathways (FDA, CMS, HIPAA) and reimbursement potential, especially for technologies affecting Internal Medicine practice and chronic disease management.

Strategic & Portfolio Company Support

Provide clinical expertise to portfolio companies developing solutions for Internal Medicine-related conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and preventive care.
