We are seeking a dedicated Pathologist to join our customer’s team as an AI trainer. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in disease diagnosis and laboratory analysis to train and mentor artificial intelligence systems, ensuring clinical accuracy and relevance. Key Responsibilities:

Review and annotate medical data, images, and reports to support AI model development.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to refine algorithms for disease detection and classification.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on diagnostic best practices, pathology workflows, and clinical decision-making.
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, providing constructive feedback for iterative improvement.
Contribute to the creation of high-quality training materials and documentation for AI models.
Participate in regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
Ensure strict adherence to ethical, privacy, and regulatory standards in all AI training activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Board-certified pathologist with experience in anatomic, clinical, or subspecialty pathology (e.g., cytopathology, hematopathology, dermatopathology).
Proven expertise in diagnosing diseases and conducting lab tests using tissues, organs, or fluids.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and collaborative interactions.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex medical data and provide precise clinical insights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in a distributed team environment.
Desire to contribute as a SME for AI training, helping shape innovative healthcare technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with digital pathology platforms or AI/ML projects in healthcare.
Familiarity with clinical informatics or data annotation tools.
