Medical Director – Women’s Health

Functional / Integrative Medicine Focus

A growing multispecialty medical group is seeking a Medical Director of Women’s Health to lead and develop an innovative women’s health program focused on functional, integrative, and preventative medicine, with a strong emphasis on expanding procedural and interventional treatment options.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership for a Women’s Health program
Develop protocols addressing hormonal health, metabolic health, menopause, inflammation, and chronic pain
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across pain, orthopedic, vascular, sleep, and wellness services
Support program growth, provider education, and clinical quality initiatives

Qualifications

MD required
Board Certified in one of the following specialties:
PM&R (Physiatry)
Internal Medicine
Endocrinology
Family Medicine
Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine
Leadership experience
Guide clinical program expansion and provider training
Active NJ medical license required; dual NJ/NY licensure strongly preferred
