We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical services and help drive our mission to deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to the community. This leadership role offers a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with 60% of the time dedicated to patient care and 40% focused on strategic management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee all clinical services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Team Development: Mentor, train, and supervise clinical providers, ensuring continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive, continuous primary care to a panel of patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Quality & Improvement: Lead quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement activities, ensuring the delivery of top-tier care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Management Team, participating in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Human Resources: Direct recruitment and training for clinical staff, managing all HR-related matters for the medical team.
- Community Engagement: Contribute to community outreach efforts and participate in activities of local health organizations.
What You Bring:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO), preferably as a Family Physician or Dual (Internist/Pedi)
- Board Certification and current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine
- 5+ Years of Experience providing care to individuals and families
- Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and mentoring clinical teams
- Commitment to Community Health: Passion for working with underserved populations and contributing to a team-focused environment
- ACLS/CPR Certification and current DEA licensure
