Your Impact:
- Population health thought and innovation leader working with state government and community leaders (a member of the Executive Leadership Team)
- Policy development, compliance, and member program development
- Provider meetings with a goal of improving treatment for patients
- Utilization management and case management responsibilities
What you bring:
- MD or DO degree, board certification in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license in New Mexico
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
- Currently resides in New Mexico ideally based near Albuquerque
- Open to 25% travel within the state of NM

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $258,000–$423,000, which includes base pay and bonus and is influenced by several factors. Eligibility for benefits varies by role and tenure.
