About the Role
We’re looking for Internal Medicine MDs to join our expert community and contribute to projects focused on evaluating and improving medical AI systems.
In this role, you may review clinical questions, assess model-generated answers, define what high-quality responses should include, and help ensure that AI systems are accurate, safe, and clinically useful.
This is a strong fit for physicians who are thoughtful, detail-oriented, and excited about applying their expertise to the future of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Review clinical prompts, patient scenarios, and AI-generated responses
- Assess outputs for medical accuracy, safety, completeness, and reasoning quality
- Help define criteria for strong clinical answers
- Identify incorrect, unsafe, vague, or missing information
- Support the development of benchmarks, evaluations, and training data for medical AI
- Bring expert judgment to projects at the intersection of medicine and frontier AI
Who We’re Looking For
- MD or DO with background in Internal Medicine
- Active clinical license preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Interest in AI, healthcare innovation, or model evaluation is a plus
Nice to Have
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or complex chronic care
- Prior experience with clinical review, chart review, medical writing, or utilization review
- Experience evaluating structured clinical work or providing detailed expert feedback
