Position: Remote Physician Reviewer

Openings: 4

Duration: PERM

Working Hours: 8am-5pm their local time + one rotating weekend every 16 weeks

Salary:

$264k-$270K | 1-5 years of experience in UM role on payer side

$270k-$277k | 5+ years in UM on payer side OR Neurology experience

PLUS a %20 bonus of annual salary at the end of the year (50% personal performance, 50% company performance)

PLUS annual salary increase based on merit

Start Date: May/June 2026 - client can likely accommodate an earlier start date if needed

Onboarding Timeline: 2-3 weeks after offer acceptance

Interview Process: 1 Round

Summary:

Insight Global is hiring fully remote Physician Reviewers to evaluate pre‑, concurrent, and post‑treatment care requests for a leading health insurance company, ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and policies across inpatient, outpatient, rehab, and DME services. The role involves clear documentation, provider collaboration, timely decision‑making, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Must Haves:

Board certification as an MD or DO

1+ years of hands on utilization review experience

5-6+ years of clinical practice (client is flexible about YOE)

Licensed in FL or NC and/or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) or eligible to apply for IMLCC.
