For our client, we are seeking a Community Medical Director-Mostly Remote- Pittsburgh, PA to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will oversee clinical leadership for a community-based senior care program, with a focus on coordinating care quality and supporting strong patient outcomes. You will partner closely with clinicians and administrative teams to strengthen community relationships and drive operational effectiveness. The position also plays an important role in building external referral and care network connections that support program growth.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical community team to support optimal patient care
- Collaborate with clinicians and administrative teams
- Build relationships with community networks and medical facilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with hospitalists and skilled nursing facility physician groups
- Contribute to community growth by driving quality outcomes
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Valid state medical license
- 5+ years of experience managing an interdisciplinary team
- 5+ years as a community physician providing geriatric care
- 3+ years managing a P&L
