A well-established behavioral health organization is seeking a Psychiatric Medical Director to provide clinical leadership across its Phoenix programs. This physician leader will help drive quality of care, mentor providers, and partner with operational leadership to expand access to high-quality psychiatric services for individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use disorders, and complex behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

✔ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist

✔ Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)

✔ Leadership experience is preferred, but physicians with a desire to grow into a leadership role are encouraged to apply
