Your Role
We're particularly interested in practitioners who enjoy working with children and complex cases that require deeper clinical investigation, thoughtful problem-solving, and individualized care.
You'll assess potential contributing factors, develop personalized protocols, and guide clients and families through their treatment plans.
The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting clients who may have experienced limited improvement with previous treatments.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Naturopathic Doctor.
- Extensive hands-on experience assessing and managing pediatric cases, including infants, children, and adolescents.
- Experience managing complex chronic conditions, particularly cases involving multiple symptoms or coexisting health concerns.
- Confident working with highly sensitive or reactive patients and adapting protocols based on individual tolerances and responses.
- Experience working with pediatric eczema, atopic dermatitis, TSW, or other chronic inflammatory skin conditions.
- Experience with functional testing, such as blood work, comprehensive stool testing, Organic Acids Testing (OAT), and mold testing.
- Experience with herbal medicine and developing individualized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocols.
- Strong foundation in evidence-informed naturopathic medicine, with an emphasis on clinical reasoning, physiology, and individualized care.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to supporting clients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual initial and follow-up consultations.
- Assess pediatric and complex cases through detailed health histories and relevant clinical findings.
- Develop personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocols.
- Interpret relevant functional testing and adjust protocols as needed.
- Support parents and caregivers in implementing their child's care plans.
- Provide detailed consultation notes and ongoing client guidance.
- Collaborate with other practitioners on challenging cases and participate in team discussions as needed.

Compensation is hourly and will be discussed during the interview.
