Associate Medical Director - Pediatrician

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Physician (Pediatrician) to provide strong medical leadership and clinical oversight in global clinical trials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in protocol development, study execution, data interpretation, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and scientific integrity. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional study teams, investigators, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely study outcomes.

Qualifications:

MD (or equivalent) degree required; active medical license preferred.
Must have 2+ years of clinical experience in pediatrics or a related specialty; 1–2 years of clinical research or medical monitoring experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company preferred.
Experience in safety/pharmacovigilance or working as a principal investigator is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in a global, cross-functional environment.
Ability to travel as required.
