About:

Clora's client is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on small molecules for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. The PV team are currently in need of an medical safety physician to offer support. Neurology / CNS experience is preferred.

This is a consulting engagement and is estimated to be 5-20 hours/week for the next 6+ months.

Responsibilities:

Medical review of ICSRs all programs
Provide medical safety input to clinical study documents including protocols, ICFs, IB, reference safety information, clinical study reports, etc.
Review project plans as they relate to medical safety
Review SOPs as they related to medical safety
Provide medical safety input to regulatory documents including ISS, SCS, and other documents as needed

Ideal Candidate:

MD or equivalent medical degree is required
5+ years of experience working in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in PV/drug safety
Neurology / CNS experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate and work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines
Excellent oral presentation skills
Ability to think critically and demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced small startup environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
