About the Role
We’re looking for Medical Oncologists with experience in breast, prostate, colorectal, or lung cancer to join our expert community and contribute to projects focused on evaluating and improving medical AI systems.
In this role, you may review oncology-related clinical questions, assess model-generated responses, define what high-quality answers should include, and help ensure that AI systems are accurate, safe, and clinically useful in cancer care settings.
This is a strong fit for physicians who are thoughtful, detail-oriented, and excited about applying their expertise to the future of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Review oncology-related prompts, patient scenarios, and AI-generated responses
- Assess outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and reasoning quality
- Help define criteria for strong responses in cancer diagnosis, management, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Identify incorrect, unsafe, vague, or missing clinical information
- Support the development of benchmarks, evaluations, and training data for oncology-focused AI systems
- Bring expert judgment to projects at the intersection of cancer care and frontier AI
Who We’re Looking For
- MD or DO with training in Medical Oncology
- Meaningful clinical experience in one or more of the following:
- Breast cancer
- Prostate cancer
- Colon or rectal cancer
- Lung cancer
- Active clinical license preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Interest in AI, healthcare innovation, or model evaluation is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with complex cancer treatment decision-making and longitudinal patient management
- Familiarity with current standards of care, treatment pathways, and supportive care considerations
- Prior experience with chart review, medical writing, utilization review, or clinical quality review
