Following our successful operations in Canada and established growth in the UK, we are now expanding into the United States. We are looking for an experienced physician leader to help shape and scale our US clinical operations and support the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused care.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Physician / Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and support the development of Fastreat’s US healthcare services.
This is a fully remote leadership opportunity open to physicians across the United States. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing clinical standards, supporting physician teams, developing care pathways, and ensuring high-quality patient care as we build our US presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Fastreat’s US operations
- Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols, workflows, and quality standards
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to physicians joining the platform
- Participate in clinical governance, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support clinical decision-making and escalation pathways
- Collaborate with operational and product teams to improve patient experience and care delivery
- Help ensure compliance with relevant US healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements :
- MD or DO with an active US medical license required (multi-state license preferred)
- Experience in ADHD, psychiatry, primary care, or digital health preferred
- Previous experience in medical leadership, clinical management, or medical director roles preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving access to high-quality care
