Overview
Labela is seeking U.S.-based Preventive Medicine Physicians at every career stage, from board-certified attendings and fellows to senior residents (PGY-2 and above), for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed to let clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACPM standards.
- High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate preventive and population-health case presentations.
- Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for preventive and population-health care.
Qualifications
- Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Preventive Medicine (ABPM), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
- Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome.
- Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.
- Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
Position Details
- Environment: 100% Remote
- Commitment: Flexible, project-based hours designed to fit around a clinical or training schedule. This engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026.
