Role Description
The Emergency Medicine Advisor is a remote role responsible for providing medical expertise to support the implementation of Colibri Health’s clinical care strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on medical protocols, contributing to evidence-based medical education, supporting clinical research activities, guiding medical affairs initiatives, and addressing market access challenges to maximize patient care outcomes. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to align clinical best practices with the organization's mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medicine and expertise in patient care practices within emergency or acute care settings
- Experience in Medical Affairs, including protocol development and clinical governance
- Strong capabilities in Medical Education and training healthcare professionals
- Background in Research, including clinical trials and evidence-based practice
- Familiarity with Market Access strategies and understanding of healthcare industry policies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field
- Experience with virtual care platforms and digital health solutions is a plus
- Commitment to patient-centered, sustainable healthcare practices
