Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Authorized Provider (NP or MD/OD) to join our flexible, remote healthcare direct-to-consumer online laboratory testing and mobile phlebotomy platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking additional income without traditional office, clinic, or hospital hours. The position is primarily remote and administrative in nature with no manual labor or specimen collection responsibilities. Our platform allows patients to conveniently purchase self- pay laboratory testing online while maintaining compliance through provider authorization and oversight purposes.
Duties
- Serve as Authorized Provider for direct-to-consumer testing
- Oversee and authorize eligible laboratory order purchases online
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with Quality Mobile Labs administrative Team
- Ensure professional standards of patient care and provider oversight
Qualifications
Required:
- Active unrestricted NP or MD/DO license
- License in good standing
- Active NPI number
- DEA license preferred but not required
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, telehealth, or wellness preferred
- Must have an active account or established relationship with Lapcorp preferred
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable with remote workflow systems
Preferred:
- Experience with laboratory medicine or diagnostics testing
- Familiarity with telehealth or direct-to-consumer healthcare services
Compensation
- Starting earning potential of 168,000 plus annually
- Flat-rate compensation structure available
- Flexible workload based on volume
- Contract position
