Licensed Provider (NP/PA/MD/DO) — Remote, Contract

Position Summary

We're seeking a licensed provider to oversee and deliver patient care across our telehealth platform. This is a flexible, contract-based role ideal for a clinician who wants meaningful patient impact without the overhead of a traditional practice. You'll review patient intakes, interpret labs, approve and adjust treatment protocols, and serve as a clinical point of accountability for the patients in your panel.

Key Responsibilities

Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and self-reported symptoms to determine clinical appropriateness for therapy
Interpret laboratory results and order follow-up testing as clinically indicated
Approve, prescribe, and adjust treatment protocols (peptide therapy, HRT/TRT, and related therapies) within scope of practice and applicable regulations
Conduct asynchronous and/or synchronous patient consultations as required by state law
Document encounters accurately and maintain compliant patient records
Coordinate with compounding pharmacy partners on prescriptions, substitutions, and fulfillment questions
Monitor patient progress, manage refills, and respond to clinical questions in a timely manner
Ensure all care is delivered in compliance with state telehealth, prescribing, and standard-of-care requirements
Collaborate with the clinical and operations team on protocol refinement and quality of care

Qualifications

Required

Active, unrestricted license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA
Active DEA registration (or willingness to obtain in relevant states)
Licensure in one or more states where LifePact operates (multi-state licensure strongly preferred)
Comfort practicing telemedicine and using EHR/telehealth platforms
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, men's/women's health, longevity, or functional/regenerative medicine

Preferred

Familiarity with compounded medications and 503A/503B pharmacy workflows
Familiarity with lab platforms (e.g., Quest Diagnostics) and supplement/prescription tools (e.g., Fullscript)
Prior telehealth or direct-to-consumer healthcare experience
