For our client, we are seeking a Medical Director Population Health & Clinical Governance - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Media space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Media space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical leader for approval of population health process
- Ensure compliance with NCQA and accreditation standards
- Provide oversight for chronic condition management and preventive care programs
- Review and guide clinical content for care teams
- Collaborate with clinical informatics teams on decision support tools
- Participate in client discussions requiring physician insight
- Support RFPs with clinical expertise
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience
- 2 4 years of experience in population health or value-based care environment
