Overview

Contract Position 6+ Months
Fully Remote
Full-Time

Responsibilities

Review patient medical records and diagnoses
Validate whether documented diagnoses are clinically supported
Complete chart reviews using an online review tool
Submit physician-facing documentation comments and recommendations
Perform research and clinical validation when needed
Support diagnosis accuracy and documentation quality initiatives
Work independently with minimal oversight

Requirements

Physician background (foreign-trained or U.S.-trained accepted)
Strong clinical knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Risk Adjustment
Experience with HCC methodologies
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience reviewing clinical documentation
Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Outpatient clinical experience
CDI experience
ECFMG Certification
Risk Adjustment experience
Chart review experience
Diagnosis validation experience
Population Health experience
