- Develop clear, evidence-based treatment plans and communicate recommendations effectively to patients and referring clinicians.
- Provide asynchronous clinical services, including chart review, e-consults, results review, and patient messaging, when applicable.
- Interpret electrocardiograms, ambulatory cardiac monitors, echocardiograms, or vascular studies when appropriately trained, credentialed, and assigned.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and AllHeart clinical standards.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, care coordinators, and operational team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow established protocols for urgent symptoms, emergency escalation, patient handoffs, and care coordination.
- Participate in quality-improvement, peer-review, and clinical education activities as reasonably requested.
- Provide practical feedback to help AllHeart improve its virtual-care workflows, clinical tools, and patient experience.
