For our client, we are seeking a Specialty Care Field Medical Director Non-MD to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $176,600 – $294,300 annually
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute independent Medical strategies for stakeholder engagement
- Provide product information to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a resource for Medical Information and stakeholder insights
- Educate external stakeholders on medical strategies and patient care improvements
- Deliver approved medical content about the company products in the therapeutic area
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health science required
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree preferred
- 5+ years experience with PharmD/PhD, 7+ years with MBA/MSc, or 8+ years with BA/BSc
- Subject matter expert recognized across stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
