- Review and refine existing questions for accuracy, clarity, and rigor, documenting all improvements
- Create well-structured reference solutions with clear, step-by-step reasoning
- Design challenging answer choices that differentiate expert-level understanding
- Assign difficulty levels and ensure alignment with academic standards and expectations
- Support quality assurance through structured evaluation and consistency checks
Who We Are Looking For
- Advanced academic background in medicine, biomedical sciences, public health, or related disciplines
- Strong command of clinical reasoning, scientific concepts, and research methodologies
- Ability to translate complex subject matter into precise, well-articulated written content

Role Details
